Boy oh boy,
I was driving down the street on 12/2/08 when two men in a Ford Explorer pulled up next to me at a red light in Fort Lauderdale, and said they wanted to know if I would like to buy a surround sound. I stopped at the location I was going to, and they pulled into the parking lot also. They had some RDX surround systems in thier truck, and said they were going to install them and had an extra one, and would like to sell it, and showed me the unit still in the factory box unopened.
They wanted $600.00 for it, and I said out of my price range, when the tag on the box was $1400.00 and change. They show me a ad in a magazine telling me how great it was. I got it for $200.00 and got shafted with this piece of JUNK. When I got it home, and got it out of the box, I could see that it was was really Cheap built, and it was to late for me to find these crooks, and I am stuck with it now. The remote is JUNK, the FM radio only get one station, and it is not 1400 watts as it said on the box. I am not sure who all I will be contacting to get the word out about this JUNK system. I was told it had Factory Warranty, but can't find anyone to replace it or repair it.
I hope the people that make this system will be contacted about what is going on with people getting ripped off with this system.
