I bought two Viewsonic VX2935WM LCD 20' screens in December from Cookis in Arlington Tx having a $50 refund on every one. Despite the fact that Cookis promotes one-per client the saleman who's on fee was really wanting to promote me 2 screens, one in my own name plus one in my own Spouse's title. Today I Have acquired a contact stating 'just one refund per home.' Affirmed in 'fine-print' it claims 'Restriction to 1 refund per item present per individual, bill, home and/or mailing address.'
This Can Be A total RIP-OFF on Cookis component and that I wouldn't have bought two of the exact same type of screens easily had understand this after I bought them. I had been faked from the salesman.
I reported to 'Mark' the supervisor at Fryis in Arlington nowadays and have to get a $50 store credit. He explained no method, my salesman didn't do that for you. You need to browse the fine-print. I told him you cannot read it before you've previously compensated and got the bill.
I'll NEVER GET ANYTHING AGAIN HAVING A GUARANTEED REFUND. At the moment I'venot obtained the refund on a single check however, possibly never. Easily hadnot submitted the UPC code I'd return one only for the-hell of it.
