Plasma TV scam, rip off, fake Company - stole money of customers credit cards

DEAR SIR:
Sometime in November I have received messages with a 100% confirmation for a Notification of Warehouse Release Shipping Request for a TV 61' or Banker's Check of $2,741.88.

All I had to do is to complete delivery document and pay $31.95 so that the shipment occurs as scheduled.
I have not yet received anythin and yet the money has been deducted from my credit card.
