We got a call from a rude 'representative' named Cathy from Century Imaging Systems attempting to get us to re-order toner (which we never ordered from them in the first place - we order from our local distributer). Cathy tried to coerce our employee into signing for a re-order that was dramatically higher in price than normal. PRIVATE CALLER shows up on the caller ID and when you try to get in touch with them they have changed their phone number.
