The phone hardly works anywhere. If you want to cancel, then they want the fee for closing the contract. That's how they make their money!
If you have a billing or other problem you will certainly spend hours on the phone. If you call the main office, then they will charge you $5.00 for even talking to you. They should be a porn or psychic line with that policy.
And if you also have Sprint Long Distance then they always get the payments confused. They want you to take time off work and get checks from the bank so they can figure it out. I think the same guy who says he can make the phone work where I live also does their payments at night or something.
As soon as I can get rid of this stupid phone I will go to a reputable cell company. Sprint is not reputable. They should go out of business and get it over with, just like Worldcom. Maybe they can build a special jail for all of these guys.
