I bought brand new a sony dsc-H5 still camera I have lost the support disk for my computer. They want to charge me 30.00 dollars for a replacement disk its not that this is a lot of money because I paid 600.00 dollars for the camera It is the principle. I did not buy it at a pawn shop or a flee market I bought it new. The customer relations told me it is my responsibility to buy a new disk for 30.00 dollars.
I am here to tell you it doesnt cost these morans more that. 30 cents to make me a copy or provide a download link to get the software. I need to operate This product. I think 600.00 dollars is enough to spend I registered this product when I bought it with sony so they know for a fact it was a new purchase.
