Cheat on me by stealing the commodities that I send to his address by mistake

This consumer - ebay ID troutteaser59, he recieved my two new mp3 players that were send to him by mistake. He did not send them back in their original state, instead he opend them and kept one fro himself and just send one with open boxes back to me. And he declared that he sent them back in their original state. Thief!!!
