Cricket phone service only works in selected areas at many sections of town you will get no service or dropped calls. The customer service on Wetmore and First Ave in Tucson is unacceptable. You wait for hours to speak to a customer service rep who has nothing at there dest, so they have to keep walking behind some door it takes up to 2 hours to speak with someone who has no answers for your questions. If customers could afford better phone service i am sure they would go to different companies they advertise service for as little as $40.00 a month when in reality its more like $66.00. I only wish cricket would close its doors and stop ripping off consumers of all ages.
