Deducting without authorisation 21 a month

I have queeried this transaction with my bank for the past 3 months now and they have failed to resolve it. It is a deduction taken monthly on or around the 6th of the month for the sum of 21 and some change which varies from month to month. I cannot find their web site or the source of the company responsible only from your site which claim this to be a scam. I would appreciate your assistance.
