I bought a DDR pad in February. When I received it, it had several rips in it. I returned it according to their policy, received an RMA number from them and informed them when the item was delivered back to the with the tracking info. It wasn't until April before I finally got a hold of them again (after many many emails) and they said they would mail out my pad. It is now end of May and I have still not received the pad. They won't respond to me via email and their website now says they are no longer taking calls due to a shortage in staff. Now their email inbox is full and my emails get bounced back to me.
