Never received my check

I submitted two mobile phones plus they delivered mean email having a verification quantity and delivery address. They held me in touch once they obtained it so when it move the screening. I acquired another mail that check was released. I never obtained a check and that I held contacting them-and all a quick I get no reaction today. They wont respond or deliver me another check "when the check somehow got missing" yes right. They got me for $81.00
