Net my pocketpod wont turn on and their website is deleted

My pocket pod stopped turning on and it was charged so i went to go to the website to find out what was wrong and the website could not be found and i spent $ 100 on this product it was a Christmas gift now all my pictures and music is gone and now i have nothing to listen to after i spent $100 on my pocket pod and i am very upset i want to sue them for all there money
