Called to make payment, gave account numbers and was given an confirmation number. Called back by the company a week later and was told that I had not made a payment, gave account numbers agian and was given another confirmation number. Company called back another week later saying that I had made no payment and that my routing and account number was wrong. I was told that I could not mail in a check that the payment had to be made by phone and the paper work says that you may make checks payable to Receivable Performance Management. The rep that I spoke with was very rude about the situation.
