I thought I was careful enough and did enough 'research', but still ended up getting my money stolen from me. As with the other reports I ordered a copy of Swap Magic. It took several days before I saw a charge on my card. The 15 days of shipping their website advertised had passed so I e-mailed them asking when will my item get here. My response was my order was shipped out November 3rd, and can take up to 21 (business) days. This was annoying and what I call bad business. Falsely advertising their shipping rates and taking more than the stated 24 hours to process my order.
Already alarms were going off in my head, but it was too late. I waited an entire 21 (business) days including our Thanksgiving holiday and still nothing.
Never order from this site, and from what I can tell, it's down right now. A true scam, and experience I should have saw coming. I am royally pissed and screwed out of my money, which could have easily went into purchasing a different item. The fact that this isn't the first time deserves these crooks years, if not life, behind bars.
