Watch it when going for a new cellular phone or a change of your plan... I had it happen twice where I wanted a 1-yr service agreement and somehow was lock into a 2-yr agreement... Not sure if the salespeople get a BIGGER commission for doing that, but I do know that the company is making a larger profit. Especially when you go to cancel your plan early... They are slick. So carefully pay attention~
