Replaced my 8 month old Top of the Line Gallevia TV with a lower end model

8 months after purchasing a Vizio 42" Gallevia TV from Coscto it broke down. I thought about taking it back to Coscto but decided to go directly to Vizio since it was their TV. After Two weeks the technician finally came out, and although he fixed the TV by replacing the motherboard, he left the buttons on the side pushed in and refused to come back and fix it. I demanded that Vizio send me a new TV and they agreed. Well I ended up getting a new model, but was a lower end model in which mine was a Top of the Line TV. When I asked them about this they said, "your old tv only was capable of 1080i, this new one is 1080p, I said so what. Anyway I ended up keeping this one cause they would not budge, but I think it's a shitty way of doing business cause I planned on buying Vizio forever from here on out. Now I'll think twice before I buy Vizion again.

Before this the remote malfunctioned which was the first signs that the TV was going out and ask them to replace it. They agreed, and after emailing them my home address never heard anything from them. The first signs on how they did business.

Vizio doesn't care about their customers. Think twice about vizio!
