TV was only two years old when it started to smoke. Cleaned it out, but it still didn't work.
Called NBC, which kept telling us that the so-called replacement part was on backorder. Called a week or so later, and it wasn't available anymore!!! Apparently, there is no "tech support".
Also, went to Best Buy previously to find the replacement part, and the employee NEVER HEARD OF PROTRON equipment!!! What a scam!!!
