I have been charged 59.90 a month since May for Ephone. I have no idea what EPhone is I have never received any information on it. I have lost hundreds of dollars in insufficient fund fees because of this. I have had to cancel my checking account. Cancel my AOL account etc. I have tried repeatedly to call the phone number that came up on the information my bank gave me and there is never anyone available to take calls.
I have not been able to find an e-mail address or a way to check this account online to see if it is even under my name or if someone stole my checking account number and is actually using this EPhone thing. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, I'm disabled and it has really damaged me financially. Good luck to anyone else who gets rapped up with EPhone.
