Okay well i had the v3m sliver razr phone from alltel well i got it in january and it had already been acting up well this is now june only 7 months later than when i got it so i reset it and my screen turned black and i couldnt see nothing but i could still get text and phone calls just couldnt see who they were coming from so after all night of being upset about that i took it into the local alltel store the next day. Being my phone was still under that one year warenty they decided to send it in for repairs now the little white dot in the back was fully white well i get it back in two weeks with a pink dot. Hmm wonder how that happened. Well anyways now my phone is worst then when i sent it in. Before i could still call people i would use the talk command and say call whomever it was that iwanted to speak with. But now i cant even do that because the repair people whomever it may be got that button so far jammed in the phone and completley runied my phone sayin it was water damaged well how could that be when my phone was never around water i never took it in the bathroom with me because i knew what would happen thats how one of my friends messed her razr up. But anyways i think this was a scam so alltel could charge me 100 dollars for a used refurfished phone im not paying 100 dollars for a used phone they prolly just kept the phone in the back room and messed it up also whoever it was sent in for the "repairs to be made" also left one of the screws out of the back and i couldnt put the battery door on the back of it and now im stuck using a six year old thats a complete peice of crap thats not worth 2 cents. And i spoke to someone on the phone and 1800alltel1 and she told me that this was not the only razr that this has happened to and that mine was the second one in a week thats a little weird...
