Performance Teknique is a car audio & multimedia manufacturing company that sells to other businessess. I had the misfortune of buying 1 of their car dvd/mp3 players (ICBM 9192T) recently from a car shop. The shop is called Audio Sports at 5177 Lincoln Ave, in Cypress CA, 90630 714 816-0105 (I do believe the shop knowingly sells this defective product and passes problems bk to the manufactureer, whom u can't contact. But that's another story).
Any-who, I installed the product and used it only a handful of times. The dvd player begins to overheat within 10 mins at times, has an overly low volume control and fails to play BRAND NEW Dvd's! Out of maybe 10 separate occasions it has played a dvd about 3 times without incident. Now after almost 2months it doesn't play any dvd at all! After finding their website at www.performance-teknique.com, I was horrified to find that they don't list virtually ANY contact information. NO address, fax, email or anything. The contact link is broken and has been for quite some time.
I cam across a discussion board and found that others have had problems contacting them as well. I went to

And found more frustration. Seems as though the customer service at times denies even being affiliated with Performance Teknique! I'm lost.
