Returned Camera, 60 days No Refund ripoff

I bought a camera 12 mp, which is poor quality, difficult for me to use. Although I loved my 8mp this one was awful. I contacted them threw email, with a return they would refund after 30 days, Still No refund after contacting them. Its now past 60 days. Be warned if you buy threw yahoo/paypal. My bank would not handle a chargeback, telling me I must deal with the company... I bought from clippercuttie on ebay
