I took my VCR in to this company to be repaired as it was not recording correctly and the picture kept going fuzzy.
I got the VCR back and was told that it was fixed and was charged $53.00 for the parts, service and labor.
When I tried my VCR at home I found out that it was not fixed and now I couldn't even get any picture at all when I tried to record.
I took it back under their warranty. They kept it for a week and then told me there was nothing wrong with it.
I took it home and now not only does it not record but it no longer plays tapes correctly either.
I demanded my money back but was refused.
The Better Business Bureau website states that this company has an unsatisfactory business performance record and has had many other similar complaints.
