Statement $ 60.00 One Time Charges
I am having a dispute for $ 60.00 on my bill
On 10/24/06 I purchased 3 cell phones from Costco Vacaville, CA for $ 150.00. I received a bill for $ 221.50 in November and since there were discrepancies I went to the T - Mobile salesmen Adrian @ Costco in Vacaville. He said not to pay until he clarified the position. Since he too could not explain for the charges, he informed me that he is on leave on Monday and he could contact me after referring to T - Mobile.
He called me on Tuesday and said he will call me again on Thursday about the charges on the bill. When I visited the store he explained and I paid by mail on Friday. The delay was due to the salesmen and I have being charged $ 60.00 for restore fee.
I would be thankful if you could wave the $ 60.00 off.
