100% ripoff! They sell refurbished murchandise at just lower than everywhere that is selling it new. They charge you 6% shipping they call insurance above the origional rate you purchase, except they forget to mention this to you on the phone and on the site. They do not allow the return of money or merchandise. They will offer you free little things when you eventually call them angry about the shipping mark up to pawn you off just another day or two while the product is on the way. Oh, don't accept it when it arrives cuz they got ya then. They push you to inspect the murchandise when you get it because you may not return it after that, but they also will not accept it if it has been opened. Henry is the guy that is skilled in buying time and saying no. Fraud, fraud, fraud!
