Our criticism is by using RCA. I acquired a music in April for my birthday. The machine is damaged. The Disc doorway wont start, my Disc's are inside. I continued their site many times. I've never obtained anything from their website. Where I really could go in my own region for support I simply wished to understand. Easy, but nothing from their website. Period is operating and that I still have no solution and no music from their website.
