I purchased a cellphone from Inphonic via Tiger Wireless thirteen months ago. After folowing their instructions to the letter, I submitted the required rebate information seven months ago. I waited the proscribed length of time (3 months) then started calling when no rebates showed up. Every time a human actually answers the phone (it's rare and the number has changed several times), the tell me "yes, everything has been submitted properly, your check will be mailed out in 5-10 days and you will have it within 30 days". I have heard this 6 times over the last 7 months. When I tell them that I have heard that before they tell me "We have no record of your calling before today.". I am just being directed in circles. I would like my $250.00 in rebates.
