Bought a camera package for ($669.00 $100 rebate)=$769.00. They called me back and sold me a battery and charger for $150 and a memory card for $50.00. They told me that the shipping would be $30.00. The total should have $999.00. I received my package in the mail and they charged me $1099.99. I called to see where the extra $100 came in. The gentleman I talked to was named Micheal. He said that the shipping was $50 — not $30. There was a postage and handling fee of $25. The charger I recieved was $170- not the $150 they had quoted. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a return authorization and the guy laughed at me and said that he couldn't do that. I said yes he could. He then informed me that there is a 10% restock fee so that is $100 right there and it wouldn't be worth my time or money to do that because I had got such a great deal on the camera. He kept referring to what the prices are now — and how great of a deal I got and that they only made $4 on the whole transaction. I had asked numerous times throughout the transaction for a itemized bill to be emailed to me and that never happened. I feel as though they know they can charge you 10% more on your order because you won't return it because of the 10% penalty. It is a very shady company. Be very careful when ordering.
