My printer broke down so I call them they said I had it for 3 years or more so I faxed a copy of my recipt 4 times they said they did not get it so I called the store and they fax it I only had it for 9 months it broke down 2 months later so the new one I only had it for 7 months and they said 3 years it took me 3 weeks for them to see I only had it for 7 months I will never in my life buy from them again never again I heard brother are no good I had to find out the hard way so really they called me a lyer ok
