I do not know or care where Viscom is located. I know Shop NBC is just as much at fault. I bought a 32 inch Vivitek/Viscom television in March off Shop NBC. The deal promised a $100.00 rebate.
I mailed in all of the Proof of Purchase bar codes off the boxes, however I still do not have a rebate check in my hand.
They had a representative call me several times however they blame Panacea for not sending the check.
What a joke?!
The number Vivitek gives you to call Panacea is never answered and never goes to voice mail.
Not only will I never purchase anything from Viscom or Vivitek, but Shop NBC sucks for not standing up for a product purchased through them.
