ModorDie ripoff

I ordered 3 products on march 25. I then got a comformation say it would take 3 to 5 days.
Tadays date is may 11 and i am still waiting.
I have emailed them 6 time asking them to give me a delivery date or a full refund, they never reply back.
I have tried to get a phone number and, one does not exist. At this point I am just trying to find out my rights.
