Ordered 2 cell phones with the promise of a $150 rebate ($75 per phone). Phones came in with none of the promised programming, and after multiple mailings of all information/receipts/order info, etc, they have continued to make excuse after excuse and will not send me the rebate.
Constant emails come back with a standardized rejection response.
Forwarded all of my info to the Better Business Bureau, even got letter from them stating that they were getting no response at all from them and so there was nothing else they could do.
