I ordered a JVC Camcorder from Royal Camera from their website. The next day I was called by one of their salesmen. He offered to sell me a camera bag that he said is worth $200.00 for $59.99. I agreed and he went on to offer me a "starter kit" for $99.99 that he said sells for $199.99 so I also agreed to purchase it also.
The camera showed up all by itself so I called them and they said that the additional items were being shipped seperately. A week later the camera bag showed up but still no starter kit.
Once again I called them and this is where it gets ugly. The person at Royal Cameral yelled at me and was so rude that if I lived anywhere near New York, I would go and meet him in person.
He stated that I did not pay for a starter kit and that I would not be getting one and if I didn't like it, "ship it all back".
I think some people actually do send back the things they purchaced, just to be ripped off even more.
I will be in contact with Visa tomorrow to cancell the payment and Royal Camera can come after their money.
I, for one, know that Royal camera is ripping people off every day. Do not buy anything from these crooks.
