I never received my order of a Canon camera and then learned that this was common practice for Tool Solutions. I don't know if this is a recent problem or if it is a clever scheme to build up customer satisfaction ratings until the Christmas season and then rip everyone off, but there were many recent complaints from other Amazon purchasers that their orders were not filled and no one responded to their complaints.
