Ripoff - they never send goods or refund your money Nationwide

This company is pretending to be a UK company selling UK goods. It is actually a US company selling US/Japanese goods. They rarely send the goods out and refuse to refund your money. I tried to cancel my order just 2 hours after it was placed and was told that I couldn't. Do not use this company.
