I Purchased a vehicle charging adapter for an older cellular phone. Connect Wireless wanted 40 dollars for a chinese made (non verizon) part that can be ordered on the internet for $3.99. RIPOFF.
The part was used previously and defective, and would not power the phone. Upon attempting to return the charger, I was told that the store would not refund my money, and that I was told upon purchase that this was the case. Salesman Abhijeet Osman was rude and very confrontational when I advised him that he never said this at the time of purchase. He responded that he had a "Stellar Memory" and that he most certainly did tell me, essentially calling me a liar.
The invoice states their policy:
"No refunds or exchanges on earphones or no cash refunds"
This directly contradicts what Salesman Abhijeet Osman told me upon trying to return the item. It also supercedes any fantasy "statement" that he claims to have made at the time of purchase, yet he steadfastly refused to credit my card, then held up his hand (as if to say "tell it to the hand") and walked away from me in the middle of trying to persuade him to follow his company's policy.
DO NOT do businness with this company under any circumstances. For parts, go online and find one of the many reputable parts websites there. As for being a Verizon authorized agent, you can get a much more honest and honorable transaction directly from Verizon. These people are snakes.
