I am a fanatic about people doing their jobs. I work for a living, and if I come up short in my performance, I expect to hear about it. Likewise, when I deal with others who fail to provide a service or product to me as part of their jobs, it really irks me.
I ordered an item from a yahoo store, I knew which item I was looking for, and actually needed it ASAP. Dealgiver.com came up as a hit for the best price on the item. This was on 17 Sep as I write this it is 28 October.
I sent three emails, each of which was replied to in about 10 days, and made several phone calls, not one was answered by a person. I left messages, finally demanding to know what was going on. I received three responses in email form, one from the phone call that they "will look into it" with regards to my order. Actually all three emails were similar, each including an excuse why the order was not shipped, or why they could not track it at this time.
I'm thinking that dealgiver was just big enough to make a presence on Yahoo stores, and it's some guy running stuff out of his house. I'm saying to keep your senses about you, and perhaps pay a little more money and purchase from a seller that is better established.
