Company worked with DIRECT TV during installation was offered a DVD Home Entertainment Center for $30.00 money order. Money order was sent and never received the entertainment center. When I called recently they said that the porblem was there was a deadline on the form. When I explained there was no form, the customer representative said, that they were running behind on orders and backed up until January.
I asked about the complaints I saw on RIP Off. He said the reason everyone was upset is because they were oout of stock since July, but they would honor my request. They requested my phone number and they had ny name and said that hopefully by January they would take care of it.
Shall I hold my breath till then. I don't know, now I am very leary of them. I have already waited long enough.
