I activated 2 mobile lines through Wirefly last March. Each line came with a $120 rebate and a $30 rebate, which needed to be sent with a bill dated 3 to 6 months after activation.
I mailed all four rebates in four seperate envelopes. After a couple of months I still had not received my rebates, so I went online to check the status on my rebates. According to their website, not a single one of my rebates was ever received.
I photocopied all my submissions, but that did not do me any good because 1) they have not responded to my inquiries and 2) the promotion has ended so I cannot resubmit.
Just look at all of the similiar complaints that others have made and you will see that this is not a unique occurance. Why a class action lawsuit has not been started is beyond me.
