I wish I had searched this site before I make the purchase, otherwise I would choosen a better company.

The 1st email I recieve was the billing email. I've clipped the begining details.

Ok, so Item has been paid and will ship in 48hrs as the email says.

Ok recieve an email from [email protected] saying that UPS has recieved "package details" and gives me a Tracking number. Ok 1st issue. They say FedEx in the 1st email and now I get an email about shipping UPS. Ok, so maybe they need to do some updating. I click on the tracking number in the email and it brings up the UPS site with tracking information. Which has the following note:

UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details.

This has been the status of the order from day 1 and has never changed.

It now has been 10 bussiness days and no package. I've called several times into their office number and only got a recording. Until today it said they were open from 9-5 M-F. And then disconnect you. Funny. I was calling during bussiness hours every time I called.

Well today they had something different, when I choose support on the phone they bascially refer you to the lame website. So I called back trying to contact sales. I just sat on hold until they dropped me. This happened 3 times.

I then went to netsol.com and looked up who owned the website.

I tried the phone number and it just rang.
Now in the post below by S.G. (thanks by the way S.G.) that number works, for now. You can reach our young Entrepeneur (or ripp off artist which ever way you want to think about him) @ 607-339-6158

I've already filed a dispute with my credit card, sent multiple emails, used their customer service website, and left voice mail (YES! You can leave voice mail with Adam) demanding the order to be canceled and a refund issued. One way or another I'm getting my cash back, its really not about the money it about the principle about it. I DONT CARE how long it takes me.

I update this information with the details of how I get a refund for product i've never seen. If anyone can post information any additional contact information that would be great (such as home address, phone, University email/contact). They say he attends Cornell going to try an verify that to see if there is any pressure that can be applied from any avenue. Fraud is a serious issue and with any criminal charges this could cause him to be expelled.
