I order a casio digital camera on line, good price. Within one hour I was called by a high pressure sales rep asking me to buy a battery upgrade, card upgrade and warranty. Since I was planning on an additional battery I agreed, given that he assured the low price relative to other vendors. Then, after we hung up, I checked other vendors and the price he had offered was higher - obviously his profit margin. I then called their phone number, none of the several options (including the number for customer service) worked - except sales. I said I wanted to cancel the battery order. They said "wait" and then transferred me to the high pressure saleman. He then spent some time trying to change my mind and then cancelled the whole order (which I had not asked him to do, just the battery), but by that time that seemed an excellent outcome.
