I purchased one Pansonic fax machine on 10/24/04. One week later, I sent mail in rebate info to Staples. One month later, they gave me tracking no. And, said I will receive US$50 check soon. Three month later, I never received it. And, Everything time I check, they either gave me wrong tracking no. Or sending me other's info to me.
That was the worst customer service experiance I ever had in my life. I don't mind sending them email every day till I got my US$ 50 back.
