Dear LG personnel,
I have an LG refrigerator LFC25776ST that I bought 5 years ago. It stopped cooling on September 8. I called LG out of warranty department who offered me an LG Premium repair service for $249.95, Contract #361887841. The company LG provided to fix my fridge assessed the situation and determined that the compressor needs to be replaced, which is still under warranty. It is now September 24, over 2 weeks after my call, I find out that LG does not have the compressor and there for it is impossible to fix my fridge. LG actually first informed the company that it possessed the compressor and a couple weeks later changed their status. I have a family of 5 who has been living without a fridge for those 2 weeks. I have been on the phone countless hours with LG and nothing is getting done.
I am requesting that my fridge be replaced immediately because LG is unable to provide a replacement part that is under warranty. I already started a BBB complaint but would be glad to cancel it if this matter gets resolved rapidly.
