I am very frustrated and sad to write this. I bought a TV from P C Richard & Son in Paramus which is worth $699. The day I got this, I found this a defective piece. So, immediately called customer care and they agreed to replace it. After this only, the real pain started.. They do ship their product with Pilot freight service which is even horrible in delivery timings. P C Richard & Son in Paramus took 4 days to create a request to Freight service to pick up my TV. Then Pilot service took 2 days just to schedule for pickup. Then finally, they appeared after 4 days and my TV got picked up. Now it will take them another 14 days to send to P C Richard & Son in Paramus when I tracked the shipping. And then only P C Richard & Son in Paramus can able to exchange the TV and god knows how long it will take to reach me. And moreover, now I found out that they do not have stock of the TV I ordered. I am surprised that they knew a week back that they will have to exchange my TV. How could they just go out of stock.
So now I do not have any clue whether I will get the same TV model or not. They are offering me other Brand TV, but I denied. Now They told me that they will look for the same TV model in other stores and let me know. I am super frustrated now. Already spent $700 and sitting at home waiting. It is already been 11 days since I reported the fault in my TV and the current status is the Pilot Freight Service is yet to send the Tv back to P C Richard & Son in Paramus for exchange.
