We placed an order for 4 Phantom 1 Quadcopters, but accidentally left the billing and shipping address the same. The bank declined the transaction, due to an incorrect Credit Card holder address. We subsequently contacted the bank to release the funds. From the beginning the people at Drone Fly has been exceptionally rude, and after sending 4 emails notifying them that the bank will be releasing the funds into their account, they have not responded or tried to contact us. We have requested interaction from them from their Facebook site and by sending multiple emails. During this whole period the only email we received was to tell us the transaction was declined. Yet, on their website and Facebook they boast about their brilliant customer service.
