I asked a question on the roving networks technical support forum, and was given really pathetic service, I was told to read a manual which I had already done and found to be of no assistance. Then The technician refused to answer my questions and progressively took longer and longer to reply before eventually telling me it was their weekend and refusing to reply at all.
