Mci worldcom wireless ripoff

I wish I could cancel my service with this company, but I can't seem to get through to them!!!

They are billing me four months at a time for service from four months ago! I have no way to guage how much I am using the telephone, and I would never have stayed with my plan had I known my true usage.
