We purchased a garmin today and the transaction requred that we take the cardboard ad and our receipt to the service desk to receive the actual product. Kayla went to the cabinet to retrieve the garmin only to find that none was available. She then went to the "cage" and was again unsuccessful. She checked her computer and learned there were 6 of them in the store. She continued to track them down until she was finally successful in locating one for us. She kept us informed during her "search", maintained her positive attitude and left us with a positive feeling about Sam's customer service philosophy...
