Did you know it is impossible to cancel your xbox subscription or delete your credit card from their system as a payment method? You first have to select another payment method before you are allowed to cancel this one!!!
And dont think they make it easy for you to try, the website keeps on re-directing you from pillar to post, making you start over and over in order to cancel.
Can anyone please assist?
