This warranty is a horrible joke. Even though you have paid for in-home service calls, they will not schedule a technician company until you the customer trouble shoot the problem and hopefully fix the equipment by using the manual.
This is the second time I had to call in 6 months and have had the equipment for less than a year.
Waiting a month for a part to show up before they schedule a technician to come out and service any problem is their solution. God forbid if you order the wrong part like we did the first time. If you have hours and hours of time to waste, then definitely buy one of these warranties from Icon.
