Coned to buy cheap knockoff Nikon, over charged, instead of what I ordered, told would give$ back never did

I went online to check out prices and promotions for Nikon cameras. I found DigitalOnlineDepot and found that the prices were good for what I was looking for - A NikonD32 I was planning on buying two Nikon D3200 bodies and a lens. It was going to cost me about $649.00 After I ordered this I got a call from Josh, who said that the D3100 and with the 18-55 lens was a far better set up and they had a package deal that included a battery, charger, 18-55 VR II Nikkor lens, Deluxe case, lens cleaning kit, full size tripod, high speed card reader, screen protectors. Not being an expert I relied on his "expertise" and agreed to buy the D3100 package, believing that everything was to be Nikon. Then I decided to look up some reports as some of my co-workers said that what Josh had told me didn't make sense. So I went to a site that showed the rankings of the cameras. The Nikon D3200 was rated 13th and the D3100 was ranking 53rd. Not at all what this Josh has lead me to believe. At this point I also went to a camera store Prefect Light in Idaho Falls, Idaho and asked them about the cameras. I was told by them that Nikon does not sell "just" bodies. That all their cameras some with a lens. So, now I am deeply concerned as to the origin of this camera that I ordered upon the recommendation of this Josh. I had my wife call Josh and ask if I was truly getting a Nikon or was it a knock off. He replied that of course is was a Nikon and was offended that she would ask that. She then explained about the rankings and told him that I was very disappointed with his recommendation. He stated that it had already been shipped and that the best he could do was to give me a $100.00 refund. At this point he became very belligerent and asked my wife if she would even buy anything from them again, whereupon she said, "I don't know"and mocking he said, " Wow, and here I am giving you a $100.00 refund." My wife asked when I could expect the refund and he said 7 - 14 days. This was on November 27th. I waited until December 13 and had my wife call again. This time she spoke to Tom who told her that yes he could see where the refund was given and that it would be credited to my account in 7 days. Well, it is now January 19th and still no refund. On top of all this when I recieved my camera, the body was Nikon, as was the lens, however everything else was Viatar, the cheapest stuff out there.in fact I had bought my wife a similar package somewhere else and all of her stuff was Nikon. The tri-pod I got from DigitalDepotOnline was a "foot" shorter then the Nikon tri-pod, the "deluxe" case was not even big enough for the camera to fit in. I called to complain and was told that yes I could return them, however, there was a 15% restocking fee, had to be pre-authorized the box had to be labeled a certain way, or it would be refused plus a 20% refusal fee, and had to be in "mint" condition, (to be determined by them) None of this was mentioned at the time of purchase. Needles to say I am very displeased with this "company" if in fact they"re legit.
